By ordering compounds from L’Essence Bio, you irrevocably agree that all materials are procured solely for legitimate in vitro experimental protocols, calibration assays, or academic research. Any deviation toward human or animal administration constitutes a material breach of contract, resulting in immediate account blacklisting and transaction termination.
1. Authorized Use of Services
You agree to utilize our digital infrastructure, catalog interfaces, and analytical reports strictly for lawful scientific purposes. Users agree not to attempt security circumvention, automated data scraping of proprietary monograph indices, or unauthorized reproduction of verified Labdoor analytical certificates.
2. Orders, Allocation & Compound Availability
All chemical compounds, devices, and assay reagents are subject to synthesis batch availability. L’Essence Bio reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders failing our customer verification or laboratory validation standards
- Impose acquisition quotas on limited synthesis runs (e.g. NADVance® NAD+ cartridges)
- Amend pricing, analytical lot specifications, or shipping carriers without retroactive liability
3. Data Integrity & Handling Responsibility
While we guarantee the accuracy of HPLC purity assays and batch mass spectrometry as certified by accredited independent auditors (including Labdoor), purchasers assume sole responsibility for proper cryogenic or ambient storage, containment protocols, and adherence to regional biosafety guidelines upon receipt.
4. Proprietary Rights & Trade Dress
All trademarks, product design trademarks (including NADVance® trade dress), UI frameworks, analytical diagrams, and scientific texts are the exclusive intellectual property of L’Essence Bio. No license, express or implied, is granted without prior written consent from legal counsel.
5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permissible by English and Swiss law, L’Essence Bio, its directors, and contracted laboratory facilities disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper reagent reconstitution, contamination during handling, or unauthorized use beyond laboratory parameters.
